Microsoft, as part of the Microsoft Mindshare Users Group Support Program, supplies registered user groups with review software so they can try the product, write a review and publish it in their newsletter. Once published and forwarded to Microsoft the reviews for each product are send to the Microsoft teams that develop the product. So your voice is definitely heard. Microsoft's only restriction on this program is that only one product can be reviewed by a user group at one time. Once the process of product delivery, review, publication, and confirmation is complete, another product can be requested. Therefore, it is important that the review be done in a timely
and professional manner. All software/hardware/books reviewed through
this program must be returned to TCCUG within 30 days of receiving
the product along with a review in digital format. No product can
be registered or activated by the reviewer. Also, because the list of products available for review is long and the Review Coordinator may have received several request from other members to review other products, you should not assume that your request will be accepted. Microsoft warns that products requested from them might be delayed from two to four week before delivery. Usually that delay is closer to one week to ten days. Please, if for any reason you think you might not be able to comply with any requirement above, do not make a request to review a product. The list below includes all of the software, hardware and books available from this program. Select a product, press the "Submit" button and describe the product you wish to review, the time frame when you will be available to do the review, and any other information you consider important.
